Windy rainy day

Got up as usual, same time, but didn't drove the kids to school, Etienne (hostdad) did. So today was a very peaceful day without too much work, almost nothing in fact. I went to Bryan's to buy some groceries that Judith wanted me to pick up and then I took the bus downtown. I walked around near Union Square and did some shopping. I walked around there maybe for two hours, took a Chai Latte at Starbuck's and then I walked up the hill and a bit further to catch the bus number 1. I came home and was so tired after all that walk on ups and downs. I wrote some postcards and fall asleep. About 18:30 we had dinner and after that I played cards with the kids. At 20:00 I walked down to Starbuck's on California Street and met Kate. We took a coffee and stayed there for a while as it was a storm outside. Then we took the bus downtown and met Karina and Birdy at the cinema. We went to see "Extremely loud and incredibly close", it was nice. Then we walked around in that rainy and windy night and decided to take something warm to drink as we were freezing! So we went to a little restaurant and took hot chocolates and capuccinos. It was about 2:30 when we took the bus back home. It's now 3:40 and I am ready to go to bed, I'm falling asleep on the computer.. Good night!
