Tiring but funny.. That's the way it has to be !

Up at 7:00 this time, It's getting harder and harder to get up in the mornings (especially when one's mom calls at 2:30 in the middle of the night just because "I was online on skype" hahaha). Anyway, I went with Judith to drop of the kids at school again. When we got back home, I fed the animals (a tortoise and a guinea pig) and just relaxed, took a glas of Chai latte and put on the computer and skyped with Jeanne. At 11:00 I went with Judith to the Golden Gate Park and then I drove around in about one hour to be comfortable with the car (I had my driving license with me this time!). It felt very strange to not use my left foot as it is an automatic car, but I'll probably get used to it very soon.

At 13:00 I met Kate at her appartment which is just a few blocks away from my house. We took the bus downtown and just walked around to discover where all the shops are. We were a bit hungry so we took a hotdog on the street and then I was more hungry so we went to a typical american little restaurant and I ordered a cheeseburger and Kate took a big ice-cream sundae! Okay, then we were full. We walked around the same blocks several times and discovered a bit too late that there was a huge shopping mall a little further! So we went in there, and I was just talking about Abercrombie&Fitch to Kate because she didn't know that store, and I felt that smell... the smell of the perfume that you feel when you're approching an A&F store... and I said "oh do you smell that??? It's here! There's an A&F store in this mall! We have to find it!" And there it was, right next to us. We got in but didn't buy anything, I thought that I'll be here during one year, so I'll have other opportunities to go back there. Then we went to Apple Store and then we had to go home!

So we took the bus back home again and at 17:00 I took the car and drove all by myself to pick up D at his soccer training. Quite proud. We had dinner as soon as we got back home.
 I like this family, I really do. I think that I couldn't get any better !
