At 9:00 I had a meeting with Cristina, my area director and she explained everything about classes, driving license, and so many other things. After that I met Kate on California St and we took the bus downtown. We looked around in shops but I've decided to not spend all my money and to spare instead. All my money this week-end has been spent on food!
At 11:30 we met Matilda at the train station and we walked a bit around downtown before going home. Kate had to work this afternoon. At home we had some lunch and then we went out again and had a coffee & cookie and just sat on Union Square. An asian man started to talk with us and stayed there for 20 min probably. We just wanted him to go! He said that I was tall, I should be a model and Matilda should be my bodyguard hahaha. And then he said how tall he was in inches and we said that we only know our height in centimeters. And then he said "Oh yeah, I see, yeah maybe in centimeters I'll be 60cm..." That was really funny! And he was so serious, he didn't understand why we were laughing!
We took the bus to North Point and looked at the Bay during the sunset. We went back home, and then out again the evening to meet Kate. We went to Burger Bar and had dinner, and a bit later did Birdy and two other au pairs (from Brazil) came to meet us.
