Bike ride in the fog

Caroline and I went on a 3h30 bike ride, over the Golden Gate Bridge and had a pic nic on the other side with an amazing view. It was really nice even though it was windy and quite cold up there. But it was very cool, I must say, to cross the bridge on a day like this when the fog is laying over the city, because then the half part of the bridge which was attached to SF was in the fog and the other half part was in the sun and a beautiful blue sky, it was pretty impressive!
After that we rode back along the coast because we wanted to bike to Ocean beach and then through the Golden Gate Park, but I think we overestimated ourselves a little bit because when we came to Sea Cliff we decided to head back home, we could feel the pain in the legs. But I'm proud, I think we did a great job!
The evening was spent at Caroline's place where Birdy came to meet us and we had a nice dinner and then just relaxed in front of a movie with strawberries, banana and chocolate. I think we deserved it!
