Valentine's Day

This morning, when I went to the kitchen to have breakfast there was an envelope for me from the family and biscuits and chocolate to wish me a happy Valentine's Day. It's so sweet of them. So, when I came home from the supermarket with Kate, I baked a cake so that I also had something to give them. I wanted to bake a chocolate cake, but it's so difficult as they don't have the same measures here. So I just tried. When I was done it smelled very good but it looked a bit weird. We'll see how it taste later, I hope it's not too bad!
Kate and I went to California st. and met Caroline at Rigolo (the French restaurant) to have some lunch. Reaaaaally really good, as usual! Caroline had made a little Valentine's Day card for me, so cute of her!
Now I just came home and I'm soon leaving to pick up S at her art class. The parents are going out on a Valentine's day dinner tonight. So the kids and I are gonna have some pizzas ;-)
